You're awesome. I've subbed. I came here from the Alex Jones Channel and your interview with him.

The fork holes serve a duel function like in short bread. They allow more moisture too escape, making it dryer and if put them in rows you can break it easier without scoring it. I prefer a nice bannock for breakfast and take what is left along to nibble on. Just saying... ;-JJD

GREAT SHOW! I ALWAYS WONDERED HOW HARDTACK WAS MADE. READ ABOUT IT A LOT IN WESTERNS. I RECALL THE SOLDIERS WOULD FRY THEIR BACON OR FATBACK AND THEN SOAK THE HARDTACK IN THE GREASE TO SOFTEN IT AND GIVE IT SOME FLAVOR. THANKS DAVID FOR YOUR HELP. MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS.

@lunarrn Baking would probably kill off most of the vitamins. It would be better to just take the vitamin seperately, with a meal with some fat in it for better absorption.
