SBPD 2007 Police Dodge Charger Interior

This is the interior of our 2007 Dodge Charger. In this vehicle we have a scanner that picks up all adjacent agencies as well as the Ohio State Highway Patrol, a MDT that we use to run plates, check for warrants and stolen vehicles, our mobile radio through PCSO and our lights and siren Whelen Cencom control Panel. Our computers offer the availability of doing reports and tracking our daily activity and allows officers to do all daily work in their vehicle

it is the liberty, but the controls are in the rear, we can change it from a laptop but it is not the one in the car

Chargers are nice cars but they just are not as good as the crown vic's were. For one they are cramped so doing paperwork inside the unit is uncomfortable. On the note of chargers not being very comfortable, for law enforcement when you sit in a patrol car all day you don't need the sportscar features that the charger has you wont be involved in high speed pursuits all day every day you will be patrolling filling out citations and other paperwork. But they do look nice.

Up here in Lucas County, all agencys use digital radio. They can all directly talk to each other. Unless it's out of county m/a, then your screwd. Most communities around us use analog.

the town that i live in is small and has one of these cept its black, and if i was arrested, i wouldnt complain at all about being in the back seat. that thing is bad ass.
