  • yes , there is a switch to turn the light off and the

filter is a biological one that works with the air pump , it keeps the water clean and you just have to change like 20% of the water every two weeks

  • i was think of getting that tank for my betta and then buying 2 -4 neon tetras and 1 algea eatter to put in there? is it good?it looks nice overall

  • thanks, i am thinking of doing the same with the algae eater but maybe the 4 neon tetras are too much fishes for the 2 gallon aquarium.

  • Yo, i got this aquarium and my betta fish is really happy, he just swims around and chills in the cave.

  • i've got the same tank :)

  • great fish n tank...do this put in sumthng that forms a small cave or sumthng maybe a broken cup or a small cup in which he can sleep at night...u'll be amazed whn he comes out of it n just hangs lazily inside it!!!

if u dnt believe me check out my betta vid!!

  • It's the sorcorer's stone! :o na na j/k. nice fishh

  • aha!

I have my fish Hector in the same tank ;D

  • hey i got the 2 gallon version of that and i was wonderng how the hell the filter panel cleans

  • Google it, it is all over notable aquarium websites. Its more of a generalization. Its to aid aquariusts in not overloading the tank, since a tank can only hold so many inhabitants before issues regarding water quality will occur.

  • What i never heard of the ''1 inch per gallon rule'' XD

my fish has been alive for 1 yr with the same water changes

  • That would be overloading the tank to an extreme level. With tanks, use the inch per gallon rule. One inch of fish per gallon of water. If you don't abide by that rule, well, have fun with dead fish from ammonia poisoning.

  • is anything too strong (filter air pump) ? and how do u do partial water changes?i do full ones (no filter no air pump) in a half gallon tank once a week
