Sierra's first day at hair hanging, she wanted to do orbits, we convinced her a spin was the first step.... now she's wanting to hang all the time!

What she was doing is a circus/aerial technique called hair hanging. The hair is wet to make it more elastic like and brushed up in a manor that makes the tension even from all points, then a ring is braided with a special technique to ensure even pulling. She was not in an ounce of pain, despite what our minds may tell us. These techniques are used in shows like Cirque Dreams and Cirque du Soeil and she's the prime age to train for it. :)
