Walking On Cornstarch & Water

Walking on a mixture of cornstarch and water, called Ooblech. The mixture consists of 240 pounds of cornstarch, 24 gallons of water and food coloring.

The mixture is a liquid until it is stressed (pushed or pulled). You can slowly submerge your hand into the Ooblech but if you slap it or hit it with you fist, the Ooblech will become solid. Likewise, you can walk on it but if you stop or go to slowly you will sink.
