i have my earlobes stretched to 18mm or 3/4' , are they too big to heal on their own or do i need surgury to correct the problem? thanks

@9PRELUDE2 Thank you for your interest. It is difficult to predict how much your earlobes will contract - it is different for everyone. I would leave your earlobes for 6 months and if they are still stretched at that point consider surgery.
