  • @AlphaSurvivalist True psychopathy is not caused by bad parenting. It's inborn. They really have no idea what causes it. They have a different brain structure than other people. It can't be "talked out" of them. The only idea they have as to dealing with it is to use the psychopath's sense of logic and self-preservation against to them to convince them that it's not good to commit crimes.

The only thing childhood would have to do with it, is that a bad childhood can exacerbate the problem.

  • it could be your favorite pastor, keep a keen eye.

  • As the Word of God says even the wicked love their own.

  • @AlphaSurvivalist You say that like all psychopaths are criminals. All psychopaths are not criminals, and why would only the worst kinds of crimes be committed by parents who are psychopaths? There are lots and lots of people who have done horrible things, but are not psychopaths. You also say that punishment should only be a consequence of one's action, and yet, you say that punishment should never be imposed on anyone else. Those two things contradict each other.

  • On the parenting thing, I read an article that had to do with a survey on "sub-clinical psychopaths." What I found most interesting was that psychopaths tend to be more lenient with children and how they should be treated while at the same time psychopaths tend to support harsh treatment for those caught violating the law. Maybe the psychopath loves children but hates adults who do evil things. If psychopaths tend to have negative childhoods maybe many try to insure their kids don't.

  • The worst thing is when a person with phsycopathic traits, becomes a PARENT.

This sets the stage for the worst kind of crimes commited. And sometimes these crfimes fly right under the noses of society. When i see a parent punish their kid...I think....PSHYCOPATH. Brings me to the DISCIPLINE/PUNISHMENT pardigm. Some beleive in "DISCIPLINE" and they confuse it with PUNISHMENT.

Punishment should only be SELF induced. or a concequence of one's action. IT SHOULD NEVER BE IMPOSED ON ANYONE ELSE.

  • I meant, at the end of the video when he says "just look it up to see if what im saying is true, k? " look at his expression. WHY does he say that? No one said you were wrong? Why would we need to look it up to see if your telling the truth?

Well I give him credit, he makes a good case but what if he himself is a pshycopath...he wrote a book....gets him attention....what do you guys think?

  • In the end, even pshycopaths need help. They don't just become that way. I beleive that false love and bad parenting leads to children becoming corrupted. You'll notice that if you look around you, ALOT of people have pshycopathic characteristics yet they aren't pshycopaths. Sometimes, people are just so hurt by their childhood......but everyone needs a loving hand to grasp them and gentle words to re assure them. see how he says: look up, "see if its true...k?", I see pshycopathic traits in him

  • I am sure he meant to say "spare no expense".

  • yeah, we end up weeding out great human beings! thank you for these vids! bless you.
