http://www.therenegadehealthshow.com Today, I run through all your sprout questions... how much hydrogen peroxide, what kind, should you refrigerate your sprouts, how to sprout sunflower seeds & more.
I use Colloidal Silver to mist my sprouts with. I make my own, so it's cheap. Gives the sprouts a higher silver content too, as well as keeping any mold or fungi from forming.
hi. in your vid of 17 march 09 where u interview the man from Tree of Life, he stated that he uses H202 (hy,perox) 3% solution to prevent mould, etc. in this vid u answered a commenter's question re H202 and stated u use food grade H202 to do this. please clarify if it is perfectly fine, OK, safe to use either 3% or 35%(food grade) H202 to soak sprouts in. thanks for your show, i just discovered it today in my 'recommended' ytube vids. -peace
Last year I planted just 5 giant sunflowers to shade my southside windows and to teach some gardening skills to a freind. I ended up with 12ft + tall and flowerheads 1-2 ft across-let the student keep the seeds after drying and removed we got 3/4 of a 5 gal bucket of in hull seeds -imagn the sprouts one could grow from these Easy Grow plants my point,,a good live food sorce later when the snow blows. Excellant video Ya'LL !!

@redpillplease Use food grade, just dilute it 11-1 or so with distilled water to make your own 3% solution, then follow instructions from there!
