  • Great work you are doing here!

One think though. I watched all the sixty reviews and couldnt find one of the games I nostalgically remember playing on my acorn. It was basically about a guy showing some bricks onto a conveyor belt at the bottom. As u progressed in levels the bricks changed as well. Any idea what that could be?

    Cheers and again: Great job!

  • @opetr198336 Hmmmmmm, DICKIE BRICKIE maybe?

  • @AcornElectronTV Checked it out and its not it. There was a conveyor belt at the bottom and you had to push all the bricks down on it so that they go away and you can advance to another level. Also I remember that something was chasing you and you could kill (or at least disable) it by pushing the brick over it.

  • @opetr198336 Gosh, doesn't actually sound like a game I've heard of...! No, surely it can't be true. Maybe it was a BBC game? Anyone else reading this got any ideas?

  • @opetr198336 Great news - happy to have identified the right one for you. :-D Whether it works on your current computer or not, I think Dave's yer man to answer that one rather than me - I'm still playing the games on the original machines rather than PC + emulators! Hope you manage to get it up and running either way, Cheers! gc

  • @graysonscolumn Yeah! thats the one! Great. Thanks a lot! Do you think there is any way to play this one and tarzan boy on my current computer?

  • @opetr198336 Were they definitely bricks and not microcomputers you had to push? The old memory's not what it was, but my first thoughts on reading the description was that it wasn't a million miles removed from Uncle Claude by Alligata. Can't think of any other possibilities just now. :-)

  • @AcornElectronTV Yeah, you look like you know all of them. That is why I asked you:). Checked it an indeed I had BBC. I played basically only Tarzan Boy and the one I am looking for. Btw, is there any way to play these games in flash online?

    Thanks for the help.

  • I never knew there was so much software for the Electron. I always thought they were all nerdy acornsoft maths hangman.

  • me and my micro what a pile of horse shit that was and the tv show was'nt mutch better.
