  • Basically, a "how to", from a little package of power. This guy has serious strength, and great form. Good job dude. (and when I say little, I mean, in that you are not some huge bohemeth).

  • @ScottMacFie Thanks for the nice comment :) I've been "little" my whole life, and now is no exception ;)

  • is it easy to dislocate your shoulders doing those kinds of exercises. Im doing those with 100 pounds. Is tahta pussy weight or its alright? im 20, i feel weak, what you think

Im working on stability, i know ill get stronger with time but is it a common injury

  • @paco903 Not really. It's much easier to screw up your shoulders doing something like bench press. Overhead movements are pretty safe as long as you know what you're doing :)

  • Great workout man and above all, great form!

What was the weight at the end? 100kg? 110?

  • @ebateru Thanks man :) Final weight was 90kg I think. I'm in a total non-training period right now so just getting in a bit of work when I have a chance!

  • that guys got power for a smaller framed guy, he was handling the sh-t out of that weight.

  • @piscesxxx87 They were "lazy" powercleans, not really muscle cleans. With weight that light it basically gets up there by itself, so I just receive it in position for the presses, rather than a normal rack after a powerclean. Thanks for the comment :-)

  • I was a little thrown off by how you were getting the bar up in the beginning before you did overhead presses, were you performing muscle cleans? I saw later in the clip that you had great power cleans!

  • @pianoboy75 It makes for a very quick yet productive workout! This all took me about 25 minutes, including warmup.
