Over the last several years I've been considering buying a Harley Davidson Softail model. I'm certainly not averse to other bikes such as the Triumph. In fact, sometimes I find myself wishing the BSA was still being made. Two years ago at the Toronto Auto show I got the chance to sit on one of the Triumph Reissue bikes sporting the same type of saddle shown on the T100 in this video clip. It was the most uncomfortable saddle I've ever felt. It's awful!! Wouldn't last five minutes one it.

Nice bike. There's on one display at the Barber Vintage Motorcycle Museum here in Birmingham, AL - the eighth wonder of the world if you are into vintage bikes and Lotus race cars. I have a 2006 T-100 in tangerine and cream and love riding it. It really turns the heads. Not sure if I would ride the 50th anniversary model if I had one. Wouldn't want to depreciate its value. But, I would be sorely tempted. I've seen one or two for sale here in the states both in the $10,000-11,000 range.

Except for the tank, that's a very nice representation of the old Bonnie. I like that they added the gators to the fork, very retro like the smooth seat.
