shay, i know this video is old and you will never read this. but i am a 13 year old and I have been doing karate for 3 years. you say you want to skip to punching and stuff. but i suggest you take your time. i am a first degree blue belt and 9 months ago when i got my green belt we have to do dynamic tension and it is painful. we are hit with bamboo sticks and you need to take your time. it has taken me almost 6 months to get my brown belt now im getting it so just try your hardest and you will

I'm very happy for you 18 pounds is alot! :) p.s.I just wanted to say this but if you drink beer(I don't know if you do or not)but if you do then that is definetly something you should stop drinking and you will lose a ton of weight.
