i hate sadness cuz it makes me angry, it makes me think about bad things into life. if makes me think about friendless people, it makes me think about lonelyness, and that makes me friggin sad, ain't i right? [and cuz of that i start to hate the end cuz i'm in a hated state cuz of the start] :P

only thing that could have made it better would be if the end went to a shot of light in the first episode as a normal (but clever) schoolchild, reminding the audience of how corrupted and insane light became

@thatoneweirdo1 You're probably right. This song doesn't quite fit Light as he's written in the show. For me, though, the connection comes from an alternate character interpretation of Light, in which he has a very real friendship with L. From that point of view, he and Dr. Horrible are pretty similar: they both can only attain the power they want through the death of someone they love :(

As if Light didn't have enough screaming fans already. I can only imagine the amount of people screaming and clawing all over him if he had NPH's orgasm-inducing voice.

@Extraintrovert Haha, right on! I actually think the story of Death Note lends itself very well to musical theatre; someone totally ought to rewrite it as a musical. Give Light some numbers all his own. And no one but our man Neil could be the one to play him ;)
