TEDDY BEAR HAMSTER PLAYS IN DRY BATHTUB WITH LITTLE BOY

Toby, our Teddy Bear Syrian hamster, loves playing in the dry bathtub.
PREPARATION: Clean and wipe down tub. Place the following ingredients in the tub.
INGREDIENTS: bath mat/rug/comforter, hamster bed, hamster potty, exercise wheel, hamster furniture (i.e.sofa), tube or play toys,, food & and water if you want to leave him in there for a long time,and of course, the HAMSTER
FOR MORE FUN ADD THE FOLLOWING:: a little boy - (Cai)
SET TIMER and watch carefully till done.
Got this idea from a friend on YouTube--thanks - the kids and Toby loved it. Great way to let your hamster play and explore without losing him or him running away. It also gives him a break from just running around in his roll about ball.

That was very sweet. What a good idea about the dry tub. That little boy was SOOOO well behaved. Bless his little heart, it looked like it was killing him not to pick up Toby. He did so well. I was really glad when you told him he could pick up Toby. He handled him so well. I liked 'Grandma's sickness'. I think it is genetic/hereditary. I got it from my Daddy, who got it from his Daddy. So cute. Thank you. Ann

your hamster is ginormous! haha I have a Teddy Hamster too but she's only 2 months old. do they really grow to be that big? I thought it's only supposed to grow to 4-5 inches?

how did you teach the hamster to use to potty

@Amanda307723 Hamsters usually pee in one certain corner. Find out what corner, clean it up with a solution of 1/2 white vinegar and 1/2 water. Then you can place a small 'potty' with hamster potty litter in that corner. They should go right in it, dig a little and pee. It's quite simple to do.
