No, I wouldn't, because he's an olympic sprinter, whereas Dorsey is a football player.
Usain Bolt wouldn't even run a 4.08 40 because the first 40 meters is much slower than next 60.

he ran a 4.23 in high school. so possible he ran a 4.08 7 years later. If you didnt see Usain Bolt run you'd doubt he ran a 9.5 in the hundred.
