Lemonade Speak some fucking sense, can't you see they are quite Essential things? It's Raid DPS, Recount, Omen, His cooldown on runes, Dieseases nothing there helps him play the game.

do you use a downranked healing touch? or why is it so fast?

It's not downranked, it's glyphed and with 5/5 in naturalist (-0.5 sec cast time). I'm also running here in max haste and mana regen gear giving me around 600 haste before buffs - which means my healing touch is around 0.6 sec for a 7k heal.

Is this any good? You aren't the only one glyphing healing touch for anubarak hc?

Doubtful, the hard part (healing wise) about p3 is making sure you can heal everyone who gets the penetrating cold dot for ~6-7k before they take the first tick. which gives you around 2 seconds to heal at least 2 ppl for 7k hp each. Glyphed healing touch is the best way to do this. Also you're not using hots on the raid because that causes overhealing so it's a good use for an otherwise defunct raid healer.
