  • One of the bigger flaws in your argument is that God "has to punish sin and rebellion." To put anthropomorphic features on God is presumptous and shows the limited knowledge of our species. Claiming knowledge into the mind of God is height of human arrogance. To think God created the Universe, allowed sin (he'

s omnipotent), then punished that which he allowed is ludicrous.

  • I think thats an interesting objection, I do understand humans(with our limited minds) do attempt to understand things about the nature of god and are wrong to do so, however Im basis this from the things the bible reveals(since God has revealed things to us through the bible) and awnsering objections from the bible being the reference point, and showing what the bible reveals and making a rebuttal based on what we do know.

The flaw that makes your video unconvincing to atheist like me is the logical fallacy called argument from authority.

"Why extermination? Well the Bible says..."

"Why is it right to kill innocent children? Well the Bible says..." (remember, they children could have been taken and raised by the Israelites).

    "The Bible says God......"

All appeals are to the authority of your holy book and your god. Taken to it's conclusion you have the modern Führerprinzip. Not a good thing

  • I wonder if you even watched this video or looked at the title, if your accusing the god of the bible for doing something wrong within the bible it would only make sense if I correct you with the text your accusing

  • i honestly already did

  • I love how Christian apologists always require approval to comment on their videos... Censorship: The Holy Spirit's most powerful weapon!

  • Great video

    God Bless

  • @nicolina1987 Well,to say God "allowed sin" is not truth,God allowed freewill, and payed a heavy price for the sin we chose to embrace. You do know that the Tree of Life was standing right next to The Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, don't you?A good example would be a parent giving you a Lamborghini and warning you to not touch the Ferrari, you decide to drive the Ferrari instead and suffer the loss for doing so.Wish you the best.

  • It's definitely cool you tried to analyze this issue though.

  • Thanks for uploading! :)
