@mgw574 The Bee Gees wrote it. Along with every other song on this album.

I love this! My dad used to sing a crazy version of this.. Which was quite addictive as well haha

I have always loved this song. I was so jazzed when my dad got a CD with this on it. Made my day--could listen all day.

While we are on the topic of double-meanings, I would like to offer you one of my own! I was a big fan of "Mad About You" from day one and had the biggest crushes on Jamie and Fran! Then I saw Paul's mother Sylvia in a pair of designer jeans with her back to the audience. Wow! In closing, I would just like to say that Jamie and Fran were hot stuff and Lisa and Sylvia were not far "behind"!

Yes, the Bee Gees wrote and produced the album. It was a great one. You had Dolly parton and Larry Gatlin and the Gatlin brothers all participating. Thanks to YouTube I finally found the Bee Gees with their own demo versions of the songs. After all these years, It was a Buried Treasure, lol

@mgw574 But they did write and produce the song though.
-
@KennyRogersColombia That first "Still got you" does sound like the Bee Gees though.

Thank you for uploading this! I REALLY love this song! :D <3

@mgw574 yes you're absolutely right!!!
It was not the Bee Gess backing Kenny on this one, it was Larry Gatlin & the Gatlin Brothers. The same with Evening Star
