lol, if you cant figure out what the "help", they need is ,, you probably should keep your money to help yourself.

MSF squeezes more action/activity/"helping people" out of every dolor than almost any organization I have seen in the field,,,Sure they may be Ego- tripping , but dont doubt for a second that the are "actually helping people"

I belive killing militiamen would be more cost efficient, but I have never seen a charity rise founds to invade a foreign country. Which kinda beggs the question...

OK, so it's striking and hard-hitting - but where on earth is the call to action?

"We can't operate without your help" Ermm, yes you bloody can, you are operating right now without my help?

And what does help mean? Volunteer? Campaign? £10? £10,000? £5 a month?

What am I being asked to do exactly???
