The ad features a locked-off shot of a bullet-ridden building in a deserted environment. The starkness of the visual setting is countered by the harrowing audio as the viewer hears a traumatized young boy receiving treatment from an MSF doctor. The storys context is relayed solely by supers, thus encouraging the viewer to visualize the events for themselves before drawing their attention to the appeal: We cant operate without your help. • lol, if you cant figure out what the "help", they need is ,, you probably should keep your money to help yourself.

MSF squeezes more action/activity/"helping people" out of every dolor than almost any organization I have seen in the field,,,Sure they may be Ego- tripping , but dont doubt for a second that the are "actually helping people"

  • West was do massacre in the Third World and then make those videos here ...

This Militianmens kill only for YOURs transnational corporations, for yours money!!!

  • msf qatil hy is k hathon pr mazloomon ka khoon hy

  • I belive killing militiamen would be more cost efficient, but I have never seen a charity rise founds to invade a foreign country. Which kinda beggs the question...

  • OK, so it's striking and hard-hitting - but where on earth is the call to action?

"We can't operate without your help" Ermm, yes you bloody can, you are operating right now without my help?

And what does help mean? Volunteer? Campaign? £10? £10,000? £5 a month?

What am I being asked to do exactly???

Yet another case of creative ego-tripping, winning awards & getting your name in the sector press - and nothing to do with actually helping people.

  • Shocking, provoking yet content-free. One would expect an MSF call to action to make viewers feel like they can contribute something, rather than just turn us catatonic with depression!
