From skinny to some muscle gain and definition.

Hey YouTube, how's it going my name is Dino. I'm starting a video log of my experience with BeachBody's P90X program.

I've always wanted to gain muscle mass and definition but haven't been too satisfied with the results I've seen from going to the gym, in the time alotted. Judging from the tremendous amount of results posted on YouTube from other P90X graduates (mainly CoachJoshS), I'm hoping that if I tweak the program to fit my needs, I'll be able to attain the results I want. I hope you enjoy the videos and join me on my journey to see if P90X works for skinny guys like me and perhaps you. Thanks and see you soon.

  • Dude you can really see the progress!! Thats really good. Im skinny myself and am getting the program shortly. Ive subscribed now

  • @WelshJoker Whats your training regimen as of now? Any results?

  • I'm also very skinny and was wondering about this program... So after starting you've noticed results? The problem I have myself is eating right and often enough. I looked at your tumblr thing and you listed subway, and healthy choice meals! I didn't know you could eat those... that may actually make things easier for me since I don't have the time to prep a bunch of food throughout the day. I'm 6'2" and around 145 lbs i'd love to gain at least some muscle mass so you cant see my ribs :(

  • @lupusk9 it takes the same amount of time to line up, weight for your food to be prepared, pay for it and earn the money to pay for it....as it does to prepare a healthy meal. takes me about 1 hour every sunday to cook all the food i need, i put it in dishes and get them out every day. stop looking for excuses or u will never succeed

  • @MrStupidhunter this is something i just came to realize!

  • @lupusk9 I've actually changed it out to more natural foods, update is coming soon!

Yeah. Me too I bought that program

on the internet. And it really did a great

job on my body. The routine of this

program is very strict and the meals

suggested is quite good. I think this is

the best muscle building program that

is right for me..:)) Anyway, here's the

    site im talking about:

  • @lupusk9 im also very skinny and p90x is not that efective for skinny guys bro ... check out my video on my channel

  • @jasonamoroso hows your results looking so far?

  • @orangeduckies19 thanks man!

  • Wow, that's a pretty big difference for just the first 25 days! Way to go!

  • @MrStupidhunter . what is your weight

  • @aecc035791 Most bodybuilders who eat 6 times a day cook all there meals one a sunday for the rest of the week.but as for as nutrients in the food, it will stay the same. its worth freezing the meals tho and taking them out of the freezer the night before. Just to keep it fresh.
