I believe the first speaker to be Japanese, and I believe another to be Indian. I am glad to see that people of all origins can come together to fight against something they all believe is wrong. I hear a lot about racism even now and this helps show that we aren't that different. People come to this country for freedom and peace, and we are slowly losing that. I lived in B-View Hts, I graduated from high-school there, and I hate seeing wells going up. I thought it was bad when they cut my woods

we should just plug them all.

Thanks to Mayor Alai and Councilman Stewart for travelling down to Columbus with Sen. Grendell and NEOGAP to fight for restoration of local control, removal of mandatory pooling, an increase of safety setbacks from 100 feet to 3,000 feet, environmental protection, disclosure and accountability measures and financial and legal accountability.

Thanks for posting this video. I'm curious what's happening now in Broadview Heights? Have you been successful in fighting the gas company?
I live in New York state, where chemical hydraulic fracturing (fracking) is on the verge of being made legal. We are fighting it. There are so many examples of how this type of drilling is very bad for the environment, people, and property values.
This is happening all over the U.S. right now, and we need to work against it. Maybe write a petition?

Did you sign a lease?

I have felt every emotion expressed by the citizens of that forum. For we too have been living a similar hell for over a year now in Bradford, PA. I try my hardest to understand the actions of our DEP, but in the end, my only conclusion is corruption.

thanks, for this video ; well done; I'm with Citizens for Clean Water and videotape in our area of Dimock, Pa. showing gas well problems; can see my latest video on youtube called "Spill in Dimock" by veraduerga. Sad to watch your video and the insanity of gas drilling in residential areas; appreciate the passionate sentiments of the Asian immigrants that stand up for the health rights of the earth and people. Vera
On Sept 9, 2009 Aruba Petroleum, based in Plano, TX, without notice, knocked down my $15,000 fence and started bulldozing my horse pasture. The rig and other equip takes 4 of my 10 acres. The rig runs 24/7. Aruba has ruined my property, fence and rendered my $10K horse barn useless. The drilling has started. Soon they will be pumping carcinogenic chemicals into the ground through my water table. When did we become so desperate for gas that poisoning people's drinking water became an acceptable?
