Heating line (Baking) of the «CREASWEET®» confectionery system.

Heating line (Baking) of the «CREASWEET®» confectionery system consist of :

-Boarding zone in front of the tunnel furnace IntelleOven ;
-Tunnel furnace IntelleOven;
-The allocating conveyer;
All components of the heating line are interconnected with each other with stainless steel sheets Sandvik. Product is deposited and formed directly on the conveyer, which save time and working resources.
The opportunity to change forming, extruding & depositing heads, allows to bake huge quantity of different kinds and types of the products, which were inaccessible by old methods and forced manufacturers to work in rigid frameworks of old forms and their maintenances.
Full spectrum of baked products from a biscuit up to gingerbread with stuffing with addition of combination of products from sugar cookies with some depositing mass deposited from above and an impregnation of "Buttons" decoration of thermo stable confiture (jam or jelly), to deposition of mass into thermo forms or into any other forms.
