The War Will Not Be Televised

The Government and corporate media have made a conscious decision to censor images of the human cost of the war on both sides. Maybe if these images were broadcast into peoples living rooms, they would get off their asses and do something to end WAR!

what the hell.....is this supporing the troops or not? one minute youre showing the irony between their creed and whats really going on, the next its showing support the troops, end the war stuff...? dont get me wrong, i think this video is very different from so many others on youtube or anywhere else and it was beautiful!! im just confused about the message youre trying to send.

Well kssmith20, it is too often a misconception that in regards to the troops, there are only 2 sides that a person can choose. It is either "for" them or "against" them. However, this is not the case at all. Our mission at the YaYa Network is not to make anyone absolutely oppose the military, but rather, just to realize the truths and reality that they may try to conceal from the public.

What kind of BS answer is that, thats double talk. You can not make a video that is showing what kind of monsters we are, and who's to say that alot of the dead iraqi's you showed did not come from insurgents rather than our soldiers, but you by not STATING who did the killing and wounding implied it was our boys. So you are probably misleading all of us. You can not state we are evil, but then you HONOR the very same ones you accuse of being being evil. Double speak is all that is. forshame!!!

Our point is very simple: War does horrible things to real people. Period. Hiding that fact doesn't make it less true, just easier to ignore or rationalize.

I'm a Viet-Nam vet. I was the operating room supervisor of a "MUST" hospital with the 1st Marine Division, in Da Nang, in 1968. All my life, after Viet-Nam, I've been trying to teach people what the word W-A-R means. The young people who created this video have done a much more eloquent statement than I ever have. I applaud them.

I have to say this is a great video, most videos on youtube are biased and all one sided. This shows boths sides of the pain. I hope that we all as humans get to feel what it's like to have peace and prosperity. Enshallah!
