ive just discovered eric, he is fantastic, im certainly going to be trying this one! ive tried many from these videos and they all work, me and my dobe are going to have so much fun learning all this, just tring to find one about stubborness and getting her to come downstairs without her just looking at me and thinking 'yeah, right'!!!!

Look at your last sentence again. Dogs learn by association. So when the dog grabs something from the counter and something bad happens. It associates grabbing things from the counter with bad things.

I use a lightweight Tupperware bowl. Tupperware won't hurt the dog if it lands on your dog's head.
