@gunguy999 You shouldn't have trouble finding a gun store that sells ar15's. I mean, California's gun laws aren't the friendliest but you should still be able to find a dealer who carries the ar15 platform. It might just be your area. Try venturing to outside dealers. You can always check online too.

@desertfox1792, The overall answer would be yes, however, you can still find 223 and 556 ammunition for a good deal at certain stores. Mostly online. I would recommend buying in bulk whenever you are able.
