the net law was created to to protect us hawaiians from the white mans way of doing things .the updated laws were created by many top hawattan fishermen in this state along with marine biologist so we could do as hawaiins always have and thats to make sure that theres fish for our future and our kids future and their kids future.and yes what i saw in he video is legal even with out a license for subsitance .plus the fisherman in the wasnt catching oama .
