Dr. Elizabeth Rozell and Wesley Scroggins, two educators in the College of Business Administrations Management department, recently launched EWORLD.
EWORLD stands for Entrepreneurship Work and Organizations Requiring Leadership Development. It is a cross-cultural initiative that is based on data collected by scholars from countries around the global.
After the first year a network of more than forty academic collaborators worldwide are assisting in the study, which began with a comprehensive survey of entrepreneurship and will result in an in-depth analysis of international business practices. Data collected from the initial surveys has produced five academic papers that have been presented at some of the top academic international conferences around the world.
Those papers will result in journal publications available to the business world and anyone interested in entrepreneurship. Representing the EWORLD project is Dr. Elizabeth Rozell; the Kenneth E. Meyer endowed professor of management. On the court to congratulate her is Missouri State University President Dr. Mike Nietzel.
Ladies and gentlemen, please acknowledge the efforts of Dr. Rozell and the EWORLD project. They are in the Bancorp South Academic Spotlight.
