Question, Isn't this drill supposed to be a heel palm strike to the heart meridean at the second gate followed by a Lauguan palm to grab at Shousanli, then a gao joi? Yes, this is a serious question and not criticism.

thats not what i meant. your arms would be obliterated. iron fist is really solid. and a student usually doesnt have as much control as a master

@cthomas1701 No we are using the forearm, second stage is heel palm and it cook chi point large Intestine heart mer is inside the arm. the person strikes the sp point with phoenix eye low gate the other person then strike with forearm or heel palm then gau choy .
