When Obama was asked if the bill would cover abortions, he basically told reporters not to worry about it. By the way, the 40 to 45 million people that are uninsured either don't want insurance, are young people who just chose not to buy it yet, or are illegal aliens. The point of having national healthcare is so the government can have even more power and take away more American freedom.

there are no plans to tax national health care beyond viable use. but at this point, the hcb hasn't been finished so there is no way to determine if users will be able to have multiple physicals per year or just one. also, the govt won't decide that you can't get chemo if you have a terminal illness. that's the point of having national healthcare. it's not possible to use federal funds to perform abortions.

your current health insurance plan will be taxed to the point where it is no longer recognizable, or goes away entirely. so tell me, are you allowed to get a yearly physical under government healthcare? because obviously that's not a life threatening condition, but it's still pretty damn important. And if you have cancer, and the government decides your chance to live is not great enough and no longer allows you to go through chemo what happens then? and what about paying for abortions?
