the dude riding needs to learn how to pass people politely and safely. yelling "yo! yo! yo!" is not how you do it.

Thanks for the comment, I am the "dude" you speak of. But you are missing something, I was on a tall bike, riding with one hand, trying to keep the camera steady. If I cannot keep forward motion, the bike tips over, my only safe tactic is to slam on the brake (a good one) and jump off the bike before that tip over. They're oblivious, and were even cutting me off at times. What is your method for getting people's attention and passing safely? I will learn if you can teach.
