Just as comfortably as possible. You can also lie down if you like. You don't necessarily have to watch the spiral the whole time.

752strangekid, that happens to me. everytime i get hypnotized i always fall out of my chair and i don't remember anything.

i dont know what this is supposed to do but after when i was typing this cooment everything was much quieter and everything more soft. during the vidoe i didnt really fell hypnotised but is that supposed to be how it fells?

DIS IS AMAZING. i felt so good when u say sleep i automattically let my head droop and are you supposed 2 close ur eyes when u start counting.
