man,,, i wish they would Raise the Keeper back up,, 28 inches is just to low,, livin in boston really Screws us,, to many small fish are kept where theres never a chance to see big stripes up here,,, i remember back in the early 90s when i was young, me and the old man would go down the cape cod canal and grab 35 40 pounders,,
