Painted Turtle vs. Potato Bug

During an iHeartComix music video shoot, we found a nasty potato bug in the pool. After fishing it out, we determined that it had drowned. We placed it in a pill bottle for observation. An hour later, it began breathing again. We decided a good thing to do would be to drop the potato bug into Reuben the Turtle's tank and watch the battle unfold. You can watch it too!!!

This should be viewed as an FYI for the Turtle's sake...

#1. Reuben is female.

#2 She spends way too much time submerged. She has A LOT of green on her carapace. She needs more time to bask in THE SUN. She could develop shell rot, and a serious calcium deficiency.

#3 If she MUST stay in an aquarium, to prevent her flipping over and drowning, the water needs to be at least twice the depth has her shell is wide. Please, think of Reuben's safety.
