We know that Leahy caved on the withholding of (a paltry) 15%. The 'drug war' has failed except to build up illicit profits for banks, cartels and corrupt politicians. As Fox and Calderon have argued, legalization would undermine all these 'successes'.

51 % of the wrold cocaina is bought by USA. that means they are directly linked and should be responsible and contribute to erradicate this problem. although they dont need to spend money, the just have tp stop buying the shit, thats the best help they can give to Mexico

jajaja.Pero los abusos cometidos en Irak y Afganistan no cuentan,jajaja,pobres,no es posible que vengan a decir que es inhumano golpear a una persona,ya que en Irak matan familias que no tienen que ver con el terrorismo,violan mujeres,matan niños,etc. si le sigo no acabo,y donde estan derechos humanos?,quien sabe.
