Nothing- but
faded memories to mark
the shapes and signs painted
along forgotten walls- scattered
fragments lost in time.

Footprints and bits of
broken bytes sketched within
tapestrys lines-home to faded
accolades, place of an ebbing
soul- a shrine.

Long, empty stares without
a sight dashes and glimpses
flashed in and out-remnant and
bits of simple pleasures, the
real treasures of
your life.

Forgotten wishes thrown
aside as soul floats back in days
gone by retracing footsteps
recalling tales-those
lingering echoes
lost in time.

Mirages-
offered sacrifice
packets of thoughts
to coincide- scrawled
in planes and
hidden slopes
immortalized
by time.
