Photo tour of scenic, eerie and geologically fascinating Death Valley in California and Nevada 2005. Hat tip to Lord Vanger and Operatica for the great music.

  • You can almost feel the Heat ! Years ago I rode a bike thru Death Valley (took 4 days with the tent on my back) but missed alot of these cool areas. Unfort my pics are on 35mm slide and do not transfer well to digital. Thanks.

  • @kwnphoto Biking Death Valley sounds adventurous. With the car I probably covered a lot more area but with the bike and camping out, I imagine you were more in touch with the surroundings. Pros and cons to either way. I can only imagine the intrepid pioneers who went across in wagon trains in the 1800's. Thanks for commenting.
