homemade moped

this is jsut a simple 2 cycle engine my brother put on a junker bike to make into a moped and it's only a 49cc (NOT 50!) if it was a 50 we'd have to get it registered and then it wouldn't be a powered assist and we'd have to only drive it on roads. so it's technically a powered assist bike since you need to pedal to get the engine going. lol so we can ride it on sidewalks and fun stuff like that.
