@antagent99 It can be a complete loss too, but you're right there are some tetraplegics who can walk, so yes every case is different. But I meant that these guys are probably 'complete' (they can't move past level of injury) but have slightly lower injury to those we see that are unable to move at all, but still with in the cervical part of neck/back. Hope that helps!

@Zozoalon So tetraplegia isn't just complete loss, its partial as well. That makes sense since someone who can walk a little still can be paraplegic. Which mean the video is good for anyone up to tetraplegia. It may be an individual thing as to how much they can do.

@asthon84m They're not paraplegic, they are lower level tetraplegics (C5/6 down), so won't be able to move their fingers and their arms will be weaker
-
@paulinakubuntu you're right, there definitely paraplegic

But tetra means four in Greek... I checked on en . wiktionary . org..

they are paraplegic...

I thought tetraplegia it's when you can't move your arms, not like this...
I'm a tetraplegic (C6 complete). This is the first video for anyone with my level of injury I've ever come across. In rehab we had group exercises, but I was always grouped in with seniors who had strokes. I'm also blind, so I didn't get much out of it. This video sounds promising though, and I will have someone describe it to me a bit better so I can try it out!
