Please enjoy. I tried to slow it down a bit so that the details could be seen easier. Please feel free to ask any questions.

  • You are almost correct. The actual form is called kusanku in okinawan karate. It was developed in 1761. However, it is a great form in any country.

  • the camera shaking after the jumps was epic, lol great job sa bo nim

  • This is actually Kanku dai developed by the JKA in the late 1940s and corrupted from the Okinawan kata Kusanku, which is very very old and postdates Tang soo Do.

  • The reason that I comment on most of your videos is because you pay more attention to the correct execution of technique than alot of the other black belts (and masters) that post on youtube. I also train in Moo Duk Kwan (Tae Kwon Do) and my master is a stickler for proper form. I'm the same way with my students. Keep up the good work!

  • Outstanding form! Great job, my friend!
