@saintsjetsbills Yami Bakura made the deal with Marik - if he helps Marik defeat Yugi, Marik will hand over the puzzle and the rod (since Bakura's ultimate goal is collecting all the millenium items to awaken Zorc). Marik's dark side will not uphold the original agreement so Bakura agrees to help him.
