we once had to wait for things so patience was a virtue. now technology and corporate propaganda is unashamedly trying to drive us further toward a hyper efficient world, patience becomes obsolete and waiting of any amount of time will be seen as an evil. HOW INSANE. the majority of the world, half naked and starving in the streets while clueless idiots continue throwing billions away on things nobody really needs when they could save millions of lives. but i guess there's no profit in that.

Being a wealthy, industrialized, superpower nation, we should be horrified and ashamed of our education system. The lack of discipline, administrative incompetence, diminished curriculum, sporadic or lack of parental involvement and ineffective teaching methods has led to an appalling disintegration of American's literacy. Money is not the answer to every problem. In our quest to "improve," we have often thrown the baby out with the bathwater.
