I guess you aren't all that popular since others are using the name so much. Unless you have it copyrighted, then there isn't much you can do. The person who made this isn't a DJ anymore, so I don't think you have much to worry about.

You are correct in stating that I 'aren't all that popular' since those using that name never read any publication I've been in such as Gateway PC Magazine and others. Even when I did MTV's Unfiltered, I hadn't started using that name. The world only knew me as Nick QuickL at that time. But that was in 1995. I've grown too old to be DJ Fa Q anyway.
