That was my New wave station, Swick of the week. I still listen to all the Old school new wave music. Don't know if you are into Nitzer Ebb, Dec 4th at the Gramercy Theater.

It became WDRE and then it switched back to WLIR but it wasn't the same! Wow, I cannot believe someone out there actually remember WLIR! LOL!!
