Emergency Measures No. 19 is a hilarious movie about the government putting the singers in jail in fear of them running for presidency. Shinhwa featured in it for about 3 minutes. @shinkumi4ever Apparently. I wasn't around when it came out and I never saw the movie, but the reactions of the actors (in the movie) on variety shows always tend to be laughing and/or cringing at the mention of the title.
