This teaching does gives a great understanding to the Gospel of the Kingdom. Now I have a better understanding of the covenant ratified by Yahshua.

Wonderful information - I do caution about bringing people back under the Law. Maybe I am just misunderstanding the teaching. I will listen to the entire series before I make many comments, but I am really appreciating this information I have not known before. Praise the Lord.

@moronthannot I agree with you. Did Jesus not say its not what goes in a man's mouth that makes him impure but what comes out of his mouth. Did Peter and Paul not tell the gentile believers to not obey what many Jewish believers said to do? Is there any way to interpret those passages? If the law really did still matter to GOd then why has there not been a Temple for nearly 2000 years in Jersualem?

@SpankbankINC NOWHERE IN THE ENTIRE BIBLE does it say that non-Jews are held accountable for the entire Torah. NOWHERE! Since G-d never commanded that non-Jews sacrifice for the forgiveness of their sins, then it is not required of me in order to gain salvation. I repent, through prayer and action, and that is and has always been good enough for G-d. How was Job blameless? He wasn't Jewish. How was Noah "perfect in his generations" when he wasn't Jewish? Neither of them offered sin sacrifices.
-
@SpankbankINC (cont) So, in response to your query, I am not going to visit Jerusalem 3 times a year, nor if my brother dies (G-d forbid!!!) will I marry his wife. I am not Jewish, so I am not obligated in those things. You mention Acts, which is good that you noticed it, but the teaching that non-Jews are still well in the eyes of G-d if they hold to a minimal list of things, was a teaching of the Jews LOONNG before the NT.

@moronthannot I DO believe the covenant is still binding. It is binding to the extent that the Torah mandates it to be. BUT There was a prophet who said there would be "many days" (aka a LONG time) where there would be no Temple or priest, sacrifice, or king. So, the trek to Jerusalem to offer the first-fruits is irrelevant. Only at the Temple, which doesn't stand, are sacrifices allowed to be offered...(cont)

@moronthannot So if you believe the covenant is still binding in its entirity then you will be going to Jersualem 3 times a year. If your brother dies then you will marry his wife. If you already have a wife then you will become a polygamist. If you accidently work on Saturday then you will have to get your friends to stone you. You can't embrace the Torah in some things and forget the others. God let the Temple burn for a reason. Because the Covenant was fulfilled.

@moronthannot the age of accountity is not a magic number but a point of knowledge once you pass you are excepted and responible for behaving correctly. But I agree with you. In acts I believe chapter 15 Peter reiterates your postion that gentiles are not under the law. I mean if you was what are you going to do go to the Temple in Jersualem 3 times a year. God let the temple burn for a reason. I believe because Jews missed the point of the Law and because it was only a proviosional covenant.
Bless you brother Michael and all your staff and those who gave their time or money to produce this series. As someone who attended the largest messianic synagogue in Canada for a number of years, i know you have stayed true to the word. since this was only posted on Youtube this past April, it has not been seen by many. I will make sure all of my email list are forwarded the link to this. Thanks again bro.

Halleluyah! I love this teaching and the other MR teachings. I love it when Torah is proclaimed, and when Yahshua's real name is proclaimed :)
