This is just annoying as this can be prevented. Governments need to step up to the plate and introduce a form of security in these countries.
If ferries bring in lots of revenue for a country then surely there should be some amount of control of passengers or goods on the ferry. Leaders need to stop arguing about the past and focus on the future of the country (Bangladesh mainly).
Also, RIP to those lost.
