The MPAA wants to control how you share media. If they can link file sharing to the Mafia or other nefarious groups, it makes it easier to change laws. This steaming piece of propaganda is an example of an attempt to make such a connection.

Yeah, and notice how they show in their examples clips of the movie... professionally dubbed studio quality clips of the movie... instead of the dogshit quality recording the guy was getting with his lap cam. That argument is as ridiculous as saying people who make pictures of sandwiches are hurting sandwich businesses because the pictures are an adequate substitute for actually eating them.
