Like I'm not going to drive drunk, because I know what could happen if I drive drunk. I don't have to be a celebrity to know that. That's common knowledge, but yet still some people do it. It just speaks on the character of the person. Police say LaBeouf was booked on a misdemeanor DUI charge, then released. A female passenger in LaBeouf's truck and the driver of the other vehicle were not seriously injured. According to his publicist, the Indiana Jones star underwent hand surgery after the wreck, and plans to return to work within a month.Ted Donahue, The Associated Press.
