Nice piece! The music was beautiful; the two instruments sound real nice together. I particularly enjoyed the crickets and peepers in the background after you finished. It reminded my of the Dillards' "A Night In the Ozarks." Thanks!
PS: To Chip865: I don't know what you mean by the "modern bowed psaltery", but plucked AND bowed psalteries have been portrayed in many extant medieval tapestries, manuscripts, and painting. They've been around for centuries.

Not often I find music that moves my heart. This one does.
It gives you feeling you're really on medieval court.

The modern bowed psaltery was indeed invented in early 20th century. But the Psaltery as a plucked or strummed instrument was mentioned in several places in the Bible. It was played by King David. The dulcimer is also mentioned. I am sure that the modern instruments are much different than the originals...such as steel strings, modern materials. But the instruments ARE mentioned in the Bible.
