Primitive Survival Bow Class

I taught a survival bow class at an SMVM Field Training Exercise. Since this was an actual hands on training event, there is some inherent background noise and distractions. We will go from selecting the wood to shooting a field crafted arrow.

watched it all, Got some interesting ideas from this. I like how you go into great detail on how you go with the natural bend of the wood etc. Did you pick up a lot of this from trial and error or what? Thanks for the great vid!

yes i have tried a literal ton of different woods at different stages of dryness.

plus i had alot of handed down knowledge that i was thankful for as well.

i took the old ways, added some of my ways to it and came up with a simple happy medium that i thought would be cool to sahare with you all.
